How We’re Social Distancing And Still Getting The Job Done

As an essential construction business, Kodiak Roofing understands the responsibility we have to help safeguard the health of our team members and community. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Kodiak Roofing is following all appropriate safety and social distancing guidelines laid out by the CDC to ensure the health of everyone we work with. Learn more about the steps we’ve taken.

Learn How Kodiak Roofing Is Social Distancing

Kodiak Employees are following the appropriate social distancing guidelines for essential workers. By doing this, we’re working to ensure the health of our team and our clients.

Allowing For Appropriate Physical Distance

All of the team members who work at desks in our office are currently working remotely from home. For team members who work in the field on construction projects, we’ve evaluated all job sites and processes to ensure that everyone is able to work with the recommended 6-foot social distance.

Encouraging Use Of Sick Leave

All employees who have symptoms should stay home. In an effort to make this possible, we’re making sure to communicate this clearly and ensure that all of our Kodiak team members understand our paid sick leave policy.

Use Appropriate Safety Gear

Using cloth masks or other appropriate safety gear helps to prevent the spread of germs. All employees on Kodiak job sites are wearing a mask.

Keeping A Clean Worksite

To prevent the spread of germs, all worksites are regularly cleaned and disinfected, particularly frequently touched objects and equipment.

Wash Your Hands

Of course, one of the biggest ways to stay healthy is to wash your hands. All team members will be washing their hands thoroughly and often or using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol when soap and water are not available.

Kodiak Roofing is here for you. We know your roofing project is still important to you, and are working hard to make sure you enjoy the same great service. Have any questions on Kodiak Roofing’s work or safety procedures? Get in touch.
