Our team of professional roofers recently had the privilege of working on an enormous roofing project in the heart of the Bay Area. The Baxter on Broadway apartment complex located in Oakland, CA is currently being developed by construction management company SRM Development LLC.
Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing was tasked with some of the final touches of construction by roofing the massive 210,393 sq. ft. building that will hold 130 new units. While providing modern living spaces, this new apartment complex will feature a resident lounge, rooftop deck, fitness center, and a bike storage room. The rooftop deck that our team helped assemble includes BBQ’s, sitting areas with a fire pit for gatherings, and a stunning view of the Bay Area in the background.
Huge shout out to our teams and leaders who worked diligently, night and day, to roof the Baxter on Broadway apartment complex that is scheduled to be completed this summer. The complex is being managed by privately-owned real estate firm Legacy Partners and is currently accepting early applications for apartment seekers.
