Project Summary

The firm smartly invests in the long-term life extension and future-proof protection of their substantial portfolio.

The 1733 Sports Drive re-roof and waterproofing project required GAF 60mil TPO roofing over one layer of 1.75” ISO insulation board, overlaid on the existing roof assembly. All new roof related sheet metal was installed by Kodiak’s metal experts. The property also required new HVAC units installed, with curbs and gas lines raised; completed on schedule and on time.

Kodiak strives for minimal interruptions to service and thoughtful relaying of progress throughout every contract. Open communication with vendors, and decades of roofing and waterproofing experience, allowed for the quickest turnaround to business-as-usual for the tenant.
