This year, Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing will celebrate three decades of service, and while we feel extremely fortunate for our record of success, we know luck has really had nothing to do with it. Our thirty years as a leader in the business is a testament to the dedication of our teams, the loyalty of our clients and our unwavering commitment to providing services that are the best in the industry. But, we are very grateful on a daily basis, not just on days like today, but every day in the field. We’ve seen more amazing rooftop sunrises than we can count, as we begin work each day alongside our talented team members, doing what we love most, completing projects that stand the test of time.
And we’re just as excited to see what projects the future holds, as well as what new technology and services will arise to face the extreme elements Mother Nature brings, year after year. Kodiak has always prided ourselves on delivering quality, cutting edge work that ensures the longevity and asset protection commercial roofs need, and we always will.
A Look Back at 30 Years
Anniversaries are an excellent time to reflect on the best of times, and we have had many to speak of. While we are licensed to work in California, Nevada, Hawaii, Arizona and Oregon, we’ve also had the privilege of working on great projects in Texas, Montana, Oklahoma and New Mexico. We’ve completed work on a vast array of sites, from low slope, steep slope and metal roof and wall, we handle every type of commercial roof. One of our favorite projects was the Sacramento International Airport’s new 140,000 sq. ft. addition in which we installed a 16” BEMO panel using Contrarian 22 GA Stainless Steel system. We also felt extremely honored to be selected to reroof the historic California State Capitol Building’s 90,000 sq. ft. in Sarnifil 72 mil PVC. We’ve enjoyed working on projects in the Reno area such as Sparks Tower at Legends which included Monier Clay Tile, Firestone Standing Seam Metal Roofing and Alpine SnowGuards. Heading away from the snow and to the Bay Area we were thrilled to work on Stanford Shopping Center’s project which included a Reynobond Custom Fabricated Trellis, Reynobond Rainscreen Soffit, Trespa Wall Panels and Alpolic ACM. We’ve touched so many amazing projects, it’s hard to pick just a few.
