The Office Administrator is the director of first impressions and manager of client experience, responsible for ensuring that all clients who enter our building or connect with us in any way, feel our welcoming, positive, professional, and engaging manner. Clients include vendors, applicants, and all others visiting our office. Importantly, we also view current Kodiak employees as internal “clients.” Our goal is to create the highest level of customer service for these various clients.
The Office Administrator oversees the daily operation of the office space and its resources. This is achieved by planning, organizing, and creating processes that result in smooth workflows for office staff, optimal use of company equipment, cost minimization, and maximum efficiency. The employee continuously improves and optimizes these office processes to enhance organizational performance, partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
