GAF President’s Club 5+ years running

The GAF President’s Club Award is a highly coveted recognition in the roofing industry, signifying that a contractor represents the very best in the field. To be eligible for this award, contractors must be GAF Master Elite® contractors in good standing and adhere to the Master Elite Program Agreement. This award is granted based on performance within a calendar year, from January 1 to December 31, with contractors required to complete all qualifying activities in this timeframe. The award acknowledges contractors through three distinct pathways: Performance, Reliability, and Service. The Performance pathway honors contractors focusing on delivering the best service, quality, and protection to property owners. Kodiak Joins Roofing Allinace to help shape the roofing industry

The Roofing Alliance is committed to shaping the industry’s future by funding education, research, scholarships and philanthropic initiatives — all for the purpose of securing the industry’s future excellence.  Composed of 185 members representing extraordinary leaders from the contracting, manufacturing, distribution and service provider communities, the Roofing Alliance has committed $14 million to enhance the performance and long-term viability of the industry and allocated more than $5.9 million to fund 53 research, education, technical and philanthropic programs and projects.  Serving as the foundation of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Roofing Alliance members are focused on giving back and supporting high-quality educational programs and ensuring timely and forward-thinking industry responses to major economic and technological issues. Kodiak Roofing Through The Years

1992

Dwayne Nash starts the business out of his garage with a credit card and a lot of optimism.

1996

Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing NV is born. Operations started in NV after being licensed and incorporated on 1/11/1996.

1999

Our first building and base of operations is purchased at 3930 Sierra College Bldg. Loomis, CA.

2000

Completed our first large metal roof for Robert C. Cooley Middle School.

2005

Purchased first permanent office and warehouse in Reno, NV.

2012

Twenty years in business. First overseas job completed in Hawaii.

2021

Largest roofing project completed: Google Bayview.

2022

30 years in the business. Here’s to the next 30 years and beyond!
