On May 1st, 2017, ground was broken on the newly proposed Adventist Health headquarters in Roseville, CA. The proposed five-story building located on North Sunrise Avenue ranks 275,000 sq. ft. in size, is set to be the new headquarters for nearly 1,000 Adventist Health employees in Sacramento, all under one roof.
As of the moment, Adventist Health staff are split into six separate office leases around the surrounding Roseville area. Adventist Health’s vision for the new headquarters is to bring all employees under one roof and “to build a campus, not just a building.”
Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing is fortunate to have had the opportunity to roof the future headquarters of what will bring hundreds of projected new healthcare jobs to the city and area. For this project, our team of professional commercial roofers installed the following:
-
- A JM 60mil TPO single ply roof system that is fully adhered and is installed over both metal and concrete decks. This roof assembly is specific to FM Global standards.
- ATAS aluminum flush face metal panels installed around the mechanical equipment that will act as a windscreen.
Doors for the new Adventist Health headquarters are expected to open by early 2019. Award-winning construction firm, Swinerton Inc. was the lead contractor of the new health campus. Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing was proud to work alongside contractors from Swinerton Inc. to provide our expert commercial roofing services and help bring future healthcare jobs to the Sacramento area.
