Sacramento International Airport

Sacramento, CA

Project Summary

The Sacramento International Airport sprawls across 6,000 acres, just outside downtown Sacramento. As part of a 20-year master plan, the airport plans to bring the property up-to-date with the latest technology and design elements. As part of this plan, Kodiak’s metal services were required for the Airside Concourse roof.

The new construction is clad in Contrarian Metal Resources’ InvariMatte® stainless steel, which was fabricated by BEMO USA. “Once the architects determined that stainless was the way to go, the collaboration between Corgan, Contrarian, Kodiak Roofing, Turner Construction and led us to the success and handsome appearance of the roofing system,” said Bob Strang, Regional Manager, BEMO USA. “We used 176,000 sq. ft. of InvariMatte®,” he added.

Kodiak’s decades of experience in metal work roofing systems creates the longest lasting protection available on the market today.
